Solution is very simple of issues related to Windows 10 Sticky notes.
Steps:
1. Data backup of current notes app
2. Reset of application
3. Data restore to App
Step1:Data backup of current notes app
* Go in Run window ,by pressing shortcut key Win+R
* Type %localappdata% and press ok
* It will open Windows explorer window
Location: Username\Appdata\local
* Here go in Packages folder and then folder given in picture
*Copy LocalState folder to safe location
like in other drive, where windows is not installed
**Backup process completed**
******Step 2. Reset of application******
1. Press Window key+ i button
****Bravo,Step 2 completed ****
Step 3. App data restore
Copy LocalState folder backed up earlier to location of Sticky notes folder
**Step 3 completed**
Launch back Sticky notes app and it will work fine.
