Hi Guys,
Recently I faced issue & solution is quick and easy. Here are steps:
1)Go to User accounts folder in Windows
2) select the user folder, who is facing issue
3)go in properties by right click & click security tab
4) click on edit
5) select the user & give him full Access to his folder
6) issue will be solved
