Outlook 2003, Outlook 2007, and Outlook 2010
Steps:
1)Exit Outlook 2003.
2)Click Start, and then click Run.
3)In the Open box, type regedit, and then click OK.
4)Verify that the following key exists. If it does exist, go to step 5.
HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Office\11.0\Outlook\LDAP If the key does not exist, you must create it. To do this, follow these steps:
Locate and then select the following registry key:
HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Office\xx.0\Outlook
Where xx.0 is 11.0 for Outlook 2003, 12.0 for Outlook 2007, and 14.0 for Outlook 2010.
On the Edit menu, click New, and then click Key.
Type ldap, and then press the ENTER key.
5)On the Edit menu, click New, and then click DWORD Value.
Type NoDisplayNameSearch, and then press Enter.
6)Right-click the new string value name, and then click Modify.
In the Value data box, type 1, and then click OK.
Exit Registry Editor.
